This traditional country house is located in a fascinating and peaceful setting just 2km from Cala Mondragó.
The country house offers plenty of space inside, starting with the elegant entrance area. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 of them en suite. Two bedrooms have a small living room with TV. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 12 people.
On the first floor is fully equipped bathroom, one bathroom on the ground floor with sink and an additional outdoor bathroom next to the swimming pool.
The spacious living room and kitchen with dishwasher and pantry offer much comfort. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, a space of 40m² for barbecue, a large porch, a terrace for sunbathing by the pool and a barbecue area outside. It is a place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The interior of the property is furnished with a elegant and modern style. It also has two safes and a massage stream in the pool. The large carport allows space for 3-4 cars. From the first floor you can enjoy the incredible views to the sea.
Finca Domingo is located just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Cala Barca and Cala Mondragó. Cala Mondragó is one of the most prestigious beaches of the east coast of Mallorca and is reachable in only 2km. Die Finca befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und ist gut ausgestattet. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Außendusche und Toilette.

Um Fisch zu grillen wäre es gut, wenn Fischhalter vorhanden wären.
